Turn 50 with Alaska and Ride FREE!
Alaska is celebrating 50 years of Statehood in 2009. In recognition of Alaska turning 50 years old, Alaska Tour & Travel will provide one free ride on the Park Connection Motorcoach or the Alaska Railroad for anyone who was born in 1959, the same year as Alaska became a State. Our "Turning 50 with Alaska" travel special is restricted to persons born in 1959 and does not apply to traveling companions. Complimentary travel includes any individual segment or a combination of segments that may be completed in one day. Complimentary travel is available on all Park Connection Motorcoach runs, and Adventure Class Alaska Railroad runs. To qualify for the program your birth date must fall on, or be between January 1, 1959 and December 31, 1959. Qualified travelers must provide proof of birth date in the form of a driver's license or birth certificate prior to complimentary travel being confirmed, and must be able to provide photo id with birth date if requested at the time of travel. Here is all you need to do...Step One: Make your reservation. Confirm your bus or rail trip and any other activities booked directly with Alaska Tour & Travel; for travel anytime during the 2009 summer season. We can also help with Denali National Park or Seward lodging, as well as trips to many other popular Alaska destinations. Reservations are not considered confirmed unless a 30% deposit has been received by Alaska Tour & Travel. Step Two: Send a copy of your birth certificate or state issued driver's license to the address below. Once we receive your documentation, we will adjust your booking with Alaska Tour & Travel and will email you a new confirmation reflecting the complimentary travel. Step Three: Enjoy your trip! |
