The Comfort Inn Anchorage is located at 111 Ship Creek Avenue, a nice location on the banks of Ship Creek close to the Alaska Railroad depot and near downtown. The Comfort Inn will receive a complete interior renovation prior to the 2014 summer season. Along with a newly refreshed lobby, pool area, fitness center and interior corridors, the guest rooms have all new decor, furniture, flat panel televisions, and bedding. Anglers can often be seen fishing for salmon in front of the hotel, and rental fishing gear is available if you want to try your luck. The property features 100 well-appointed guest rooms featuring 2 queen beds, cable TV, coffee makers, irons, and air conditioning. Hotel features include an indoor pool, fitness facility, guest laundry and business center. Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 12:00pm. Free guest parking is available as well as complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, museum, rail depot and convention center.
A deluxe continental breakfast in the dining area overlooking Ship Creek is served daily. Additionally, there is 24-hour coffee service available in the breakfast area. Please note this is a special rate offering a savings of $30 per night compared to their regular peak season rack rates.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
A deposit equal to 30% of services reserved is due at the time of booking, with the balance due 45 days prior to your first day of travel. The following change and cancellation fees apply. Between 45 to 31 days prior to your first day of travel a 10% cancel/change fee will apply. Between 30 to 15 days prior to your first day of travel a 50% cancel/change fee will apply. Within 14 days of travel, your package is non-refundable and non-changeable. Because we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation or change policies for any reason, including family and medical emergencies, we STRONGLY encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
