The Sheraton Anchorage Hotel & Spa is located downtown at 401 E. 6th Avenue and offers 370 comfortable guest rooms with modern amenities. In 2008, the hotel completed a $15 million renovation of the entire property highlighted by a 5,500 foot Ice Spa located on the 16th floor. The 16-story hotel is a prominent landmark in downtown Anchorage, conveniently located near the Anchorage Museum and close to shopping, restaurants and other attractions. The impressive atrium lobby features a jade staircase and a native Alaskan design motif. The hotel features rooms with two double beds, air conditioner, single cup Starbucks coffee, 42" flat screen HDTV's with cable TV, hair dryer and iron/ironing board. Hotel amenities include a business center and exercise room.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

A deposit equal to 30% of services reserved is due at the time of booking, with the balance due 45 days prior to your first day of travel. The following change and cancellation fees apply. Between 45 to 31 days prior to your first day of travel a 10% cancel/change fee will apply. Between 30 to 15 days prior to your first day of travel a 50% cancel/change fee will apply. Within 14 days of travel, your package is non-refundable and non-changeable. Because we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation or change policies for any reason, including family and medical emergencies, we STRONGLY encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
