Denali River Cabins
The Denali River Cabins are located approximately seven miles south of the Denali Park entrance at mile 231.1 on the Parks Highway (State Highway 3). These simple cabins are an economical option for the budget minded traveler. The property borders the Nenana River and is next to the Denali Cedars Lodge and the McKinley Village Lodge. The property is comprised of 54 simple cedar wood cabins each with its own private bath. The cabins are spartanly furnished with two double beds, or one double and one single bed, a television and a telephone. These modest cabins are located in one central area that is all connected by common wooden walkways and one small shared deck overlooking the river. Check in is 2pm, Check out 11am. Limited courtesy transportation is available to the train depot and visitor center. The McKinley Village Lodge is within walking distance of the River Cabins and has dining facilities that offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Kantishna Wilderness Trails Bus Tour departs directly from the Denali River Cabins. This is an excellent full day trip that travels the full length of the Denali Park road to Kantishna. Advanced reservations are needed for the tour so give us a call today.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
A deposit equal to 30% of services reserved is due at the
time of booking, with the balance due 45 days prior to
your first day of travel. The following change and
cancellation fees apply. Between 45 to 31 days prior to
your first day of travel a 10% cancel/change fee will
apply. Between 30 to 15 days prior to your first day of
travel a 50% cancel/change fee will apply. Within 14 days
of travel, your package is non-refundable and
non-changeable. Because we cannot make exceptions to our
cancellation or change policies for any reason, including
family and medical emergencies, we STRONGLY encourage you
to purchase travel insurance. |
