Denali Park Flight from Kantishna

Return to the Denali Park entrance from Kantishna by a scenic flight. Kantishna Air will pick you up from the Kantishna Roadhouse at 3:00pm. The flight will take you to the North Face of Denali, and then traverse the expansive Muldrow Glacier, following the spine of the magnificent Alaska Range to the airstrip near Denali Park's train and bus depot. Once you arrive at the Denali airstrip, your pilot will direct you to where the hotel bus shuttles pick you up for your return to your hotel. Please note, this is a one-way flightseeing trip that departs Kantishna deep inside Denali National Park and ends at the Denali Park airstrip just inside the main park entrance. It is typically booked as an optional return trip for backcountry lodge stays or day tours for properties such as the Kantishna Roadhouse. Flight time is about 55 minutes, and transfers from the Denali airstrip at the end of your flight are not included.

What To Wear

Due to unpredictable Alaskan weather, we advise dressing in layers, which will allow you to stay warm and dry as the outdoor environment changes. Don't forget your camera and binoculars for the many photo opportunities along the way.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

A deposit equal to 30% of services reserved is due at the time of booking, with the balance due 45 days prior to your first day of travel. The following change and cancellation fees apply. Between 45 to 31 days prior to your first day of travel a 10% cancel/change fee will apply. Between 30 to 15 days prior to your first day of travel a 50% cancel/change fee will apply. Within 14 days of travel, your package is non-refundable and non-changeable. Because we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation or change policies for any reason, including family and medical emergencies, we STRONGLY encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
