Get ready for a true Alaskan dining experience at the Alaska Salmon Bake. Enjoy all-you-can-eat golden Deep Fried Halibut, Prime Rib, Fire Cooked Salmon, and Bering Sea Cod. Included with your meal is a full salad bar, baked beans, rolls, dessert and non-alcoholic beverages. Beer and wine are available for an additional fee. After dinner enjoy a stroll through Alaska’s only historical Pioneer Park while exploring Fairbanks’ history. Pioneer Park is centrally located in Fairbanks on the corner of Peger Road and Airport Way. The Park is home to a number of Alaska museums and historical displays including an old Alaska riverboat and narrow gauge railroad. The Alaska Salmon Bake is open from 5:00pm to 9:00pm daily from May 13th to September 14th. You can choose to dine either inside our outside.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
A deposit equal to 30% of services reserved is due at the time of booking, with the balance due 45 days prior to your first day of travel. The following change and cancellation fees apply. Between 45 to 31 days prior to your first day of travel a 10% cancel/change fee will apply. Between 30 to 15 days prior to your first day of travel a 50% cancel/change fee will apply. Within 14 days of travel, your package is non-refundable and non-changeable. Because we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation or change policies for any reason, including family and medical emergencies, we STRONGLY encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
