The Holiday Inn Express Seward Harbor Hotel is a new hotel which opened in the summer of 2005. The hotel features a convenient location at the Seward Small Boat Harbor, close to day cruise departures and the Alaska Railroad depot. The waterfront property features 82 well-appointed guest rooms featuring 2 queen beds, cable TV, phones with data-ports and coffee makers. For your convenience the Holiday Inn Express Seward Harbor Hotel offers an indoor pool, spa, gift shop and a business center. A number of restaurants are close by and the Alaska Sealife Center is roughly a mile away in the downtown area. You will notice that there is not an extra charge for third or fourth occupants, which is rare for Alaska hotels.
Enjoy an extensive Complimentary continental breakfast from 6am to 10am with a great selection of fruits, juices, cereals, breads/pastries, gourmet coffee, and even hot cinnamon rolls. In the evening, snack on fresh baked cookies at 8pm.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
A deposit equal to 30% of services reserved is due at the time of booking, with the balance due 45 days prior to your first day of travel. The following change and cancellation fees apply. Between 45 to 31 days prior to your first day of travel a 10% cancel/change fee will apply. Between 30 to 15 days prior to your first day of travel a 50% cancel/change fee will apply. Within 14 days of travel, your package is non-refundable and non-changeable. Because we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation or change policies for any reason, including family and medical emergencies, we STRONGLY encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
