The Hotel Seward is located at 221 5th Avenue in the center Historic downtown Seward within 1 block of the Alaska Sea Life Center and many shops and restaurants. The Hotel Seward has a Victorian Lounge and is walking distance to several of Seward's premier restaurants.

All rooms offered by Alaska Tour & Travel are deluxe, non-view rooms. The newly renovated hotel offers spacious rooms with two queen beds in a Victorian style. The hotel’s comfortable lobby is very nicely decorated with a Wildlife and Historic display of Seward and other Alaskan memorabilia. All rooms have microwave, refrigerator, in room coffee, flat screen 32" cable w/HBO, complimentary Wi-Fi, hair dryer, and iron and amenities. Kids are not complimentary, child rates reflected in Triple or quad rates. All rooms are non smoking. Check in time is 4pm, check out is 11:00am.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
A deposit equal to 30% of services reserved is due at the time of booking, with the balance due 45 days prior to your first day of travel. The following change and cancellation fees apply. Between 45 to 31 days prior to your first day of travel a 10% cancel/change fee will apply. Between 30 to 15 days prior to your first day of travel a 50% cancel/change fee will apply. Within 14 days of travel, your package is non-refundable and non-changeable. Because we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation or change policies for any reason, including family and medical emergencies, we STRONGLY encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
