The McKinley Princess Lodge offers shuttles between the Lodge and the town of Talkeetna. The total distance between the two locations is approximately 45 miles, and the trip usually takes about an hour in each direction. Shuttles depart from the Lodge early-morning through early-evening every one or two hours. Return shuttles run from mid-day through the evening. See the tour desk at the McKinley Princess Lodge for the current schedule and for more information. At the Lodge the shuttle departs in front of the main lobby doors, and in Talkeetna the shuttle departs from the bus parking area next the Mahay's Riverboat office. If you would like to purchase this transfer though Alaska Tour & Travel you will need to also reserve a minimum two night stay at the McKinley Princess lodge.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
A deposit equal to 30% of services reserved is due at the time of booking, with the balance due 45 days prior to your first day of travel. The following change and cancellation fees apply. Between 45 to 31 days prior to your first day of travel a 10% cancel/change fee will apply. Between 30 to 15 days prior to your first day of travel a 50% cancel/change fee will apply. Within 14 days of travel, your package is non-refundable and non-changeable. Because we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation or change policies for any reason, including family and medical emergencies, we STRONGLY encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
