Kayaking from Fox Island
 Combine sea kayaking adventures with a scenic cruise of Resurrection Bay. Fox Island is a magical mix of temperate rain forest, sculpted cliffs, protected coves, and long pebbled beaches. The surrounding waters teem with marine life including sea lions, sea otters, and whales. Peregrine falcons, bald eagles, and puffins soar in the skies above. Fox Island is the perfect place to learn or refine your paddling skills while becoming familiar with this unique Island ecosystem. The guides are experienced naturalists and kayaking instructors who make learning fun. This eight-hour tour includes transportation to Fox Island, kayaking orientation and wilderness paddle, grilled salmon buffet lunch and a narrated wildlife cruise.
Your trip will depart from 'The Landing' at the Seward Small Boat Harbor. Please check in one hour prior to departure. No previous kayaking experience is required. Minimum age is 8 years old, and be sure to ask about restrictions for children 8 to 12 years in age.
What To Wear
Due to unpredictable Alaskan weather, we advise dressing in layers, which will allow you to stay warm and dry as the outdoor environment changes. Please bring warm layered clothing, rain gear (some available, rubber boots provided to all) and an extra set of clothing.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
A deposit equal to 30% of services reserved is due at the time of booking, with the balance due 45 days prior to your first day of travel. The following change and cancellation fees apply. Between 45 to 31 days prior to your first day of travel a 10% cancel/change fee will apply. Between 30 to 15 days prior to your first day of travel a 50% cancel/change fee will apply. Within 14 days of travel, your package is non-refundable and non-changeable. Because we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation or change policies for any reason, including family and medical emergencies, we STRONGLY encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
