Get ready for a great half-day of fishing. Your skilled and fully licensed guide will take you to some of the best fishing holes in Alaska by specialized jet boat or raft. The Talkeetna River is a glacial fed river teeming with wildlife and different fish species. Expert and novice anglers will enjoy exciting fishing for several species of salmon: Chinook, Coho, Sock-Eye, Pink, or Chum, depending on the season, as well as Rainbow Trout, Dolly Varden, and Arctic Grayling. This half-day charter is a five hour, fully guided trip. All equipment is provided (hip boots, rod, reel, line, lures, bait, tackle, and rain gear). Fly fishing gear is available upon advance request. Please remember to dress warmly, wool socks are recommended. A State of Alaska fishing license is not included in the price but is required. Fishing licenses, snacks and beverages are offered for sale at the guide office prior to departure.

What To Wear
Due to unpredictable Alaska weather, we advise dressing in layers, which will allow you to stay warm and dry as the outdoor environment changes. For this event, please bring rain gear, a warm jacket, sweater, hat and gloves. Don't forget your camera and binoculars for the many photo opportunities along the way.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
A deposit equal to 30% of services reserved is due at the time of booking, with the balance due 45 days prior to your first day of travel. The following change and cancellation fees apply. Between 45 to 31 days prior to your first day of travel a 10% cancel/change fee will apply. Between 30 to 15 days prior to your first day of travel a 50% cancel/change fee will apply. Within 14 days of travel, your package is non-refundable and non-changeable. Because we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation or change policies for any reason, including family and medical emergencies, we STRONGLY encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
