Park Connection Health & Safety
The Park Connection has always maintained a high level of cleanliness for its motorcoaches, but the health and safety of our passengers and staff are even more critical this summer.
In addition to the thorough cleaning protocol already in place, heightened Park Connection sanitization and safe travel practices now include:
- Disinfectant applied using an electrostatic spray system. The spray produces an ultra-fine mist that adheres to all surfaces, including underneath handrails and inside handles. All Park Connection vehicles are treated nightly.
- Between segments and throughout the day, buses are cleaned using sanitizing wipes and disinfectant surface cleaners. Special care is taken to disinfect common touchpoints, including seat arm rests, head rests, windowsills, handles, and handrails. All Park Connection drivers are trained in proper sanitizing processes.
- All passengers are asked to wear masks at check in, while boarding, and whenever moving through the vehicle. Masks are encouraged to be worn onboard the Park Connection at all times, but are not required while seated.
- Complimentary disposable masks and individual packs of sanitizing wipes are available for passengers upon request.
Please note that for operational or safety considerations we may supplement our motorcoach fleet with smaller vehicles such as 10-passenger Sprinter Vans throughout the 2020 season. The same protocols apply.
