Fun, casual, and quick, the Anchorage Trolley Tour is just the ticket when you have a bit of down time, but still want to make the most of every moment in Alaska. You'll climb aboard your cheery trolley in downtown Anchorage and from there be whisked away on a one-hour jaunt through the city.

Among the stops are Earthquake Park, a fascinating destination that tells the dramatic story of Alaska's massive 1964 earthquake, and the busy Lake Hood Seaplane Base. Along the way your local guide enriches the whole experience with Alaskan facts, true tales, and folklore.
A drive through Kincaid Park gives you a good chance to spot moose. Sightings are quite common. More tour highlights include the historic Anchorage train depot and the strange but charming Alaska Underground Home. The trolley tour concludes in downtown.
The fully guided Anchorage Trolley Tour visits Earthquake Park, Lake Hood Seaplane Base, Alaska Railroad Depot, Kincaid Park, and the Anchorage Underground Home. The full route covers about 15 miles and lasts one hour.
Some of this tour is conducted outside. Bring a warm layer and rain jacket as needed for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. Don't forget a camera.
Trolleys leave every half hour in June, July, and August and every hour in May and September. Trolleys run from 9 AM to 6 PM throughout the season.
The tour departs from the 4th and F Street Trolley Stop in downtown Anchorage.
