Today the group ventures into Denali National Park on a Tundra Wilderness Tour. It's not uncommon to see caribou, Dall sheep, and even grizzly bears on this narrated bus tour down the only road into the park. There's time after arriving back in the Denali Park entrance area for independent exploration and optional tours. Take a guided hike, a flightseeing tour, or a trip to a sled dog kennel. The choices are many.

The morning is yours to spend at your leisure or on an optional tour. At midday you'll board the Wilderness Express dome railcar service heading south to Talkeetna. This specialty service offers upper-level passenger seating under full dome windows for the best views of the passing forests, mountains, and rivers.
Breakfast included. Overnight Talkeetna.
Your group's journey continues south to Seward by motorcoach. You'll pass through Anchorage again, then round the Turnagain Arm, into the Kenai Mountains, and down through spruce forests to the bayside town.
