Advance Deposits

Confirming a trip with Alaska Tour & Travel requires payment of an advance deposit. We have taken a number of steps to safeguard these funds, and to help you feel comfortable booking with us.

Lower Deposit Policy

Choose to pay just a 10% deposit by credit card to confirm your reservation, and then make your final payment by check or electronic check 45 days prior to travel. This option gives you the convenience and security of paying for the bulk of your trip just before travel. We also offer a 30% deposit option if you prefer to make your final payment by credit card.

Flexible Refund Policy

Nearly everything we sell is fully refundable up until 31 days prior to travel with purchase of our Worry-Free Cancellation Waiver.

Fund Security

All advance deposits collected are held safely in top rated US financial institutions until after the guest has traveled.

We Stand Behind Our Suppliers

Many trips we arrange for guests include up to 20 different services or more. This might include everything from a lodge owned by a large corporation to a small mom and pop raft company. Regardless of the size we don't release your payment to the supplier until after they have provided the service to you.
