For families, wildlife enthusiasts, or anyone who enjoys a small group experience, this 3.5-hour day cruise offers an ideal experience. The tour hosts just six guests, plus a dedicated naturalist alongside the captain.

After checking in at the operator's office in Seward and brief shuttle ride to the harbor, you'll board your vessel for the afternoon. It is a comfortable, well-equipped boat with comfortable indoor seating, large windows, and both front and rear decks perfect for sightseeing. While the route changes daily depending on the conditions and wildlife activity, over the course of the tour you'll be treated to views of sea spires, Bear Glacier, mid-bay island like Fox and Hive, and the quieter easter coastline of the bay.
Your dedicated onboard naturalist is there to answer questions and providing engaging, personalized interpretation. They're also quite good at spotting wildlife. With luck you'll view porpoises, harbor seals, otters, land critters like bears and mountain goats, and whales.
With a maximum of six guests, this is a unique small group experience in Resurrection Bay.
The tour vessel is well-equipped to keep you comfortable in inclement weather, but to stay comfy on the deck be sure to bring warm layers and a rain jacket. Don't forget your camera!
